Cancellation of a tour booking 5 calendar days or less before the tour will result in the City retaining fifty (50%) of the invoiced amount.
Cancellation more than 5 days before the tour will result in the City retaining 25% of the invoiced amount.
Proof of Group classification (NGO, PBO, Clubs) must be provided on request i.e. copy of Club/Group constitution, list of office bearers and supporting certification.
The City will not withhold any payment when a tour is cancelled as a result of “Force Majeure “ (an Act of God)
