Both conference rooms are equipped with automated screens and modern audio-visual equipment to help give your function that desired impact. These popular venues are located at the top of our impressive wooden spiral staircase and can be used to host all kinds of exciting, bespoke events from cinematic experiences, to lectures, social freshers and corporate conferences. Our rooms can be sub-divided, which makes it an ideal option for smaller conferences as well as larger events, that require breakaway rooms.

Terms and Conditions for Application

  1. This submission constitutes an application only and is not a confirmed booking. A venue booking and event date is only confirmed once payment of a non-refundable commitment fee is made, and a venue agreement signed by both parties.
  2. Upon receipt of your completed application form, a member of the DHL Stadium’s Events Team will make contact with you to schedule a site visit, and meeting to discuss your event brief.
  3. Once a site visit is conducted, and the event brief drafted, a provisional cost estimate will be prepared for your approval.
